LIVING WITH LOW BACK PAIN
I'm sure for most of us living with lower back pain has become the norm. We have learned to manage it, adjust activities as needed, and even take pain medicine to help block it, for a short period of time. But did you know that just getting moving and having a safe and effective workout routine on a regular basis can go a long way to getting rid of the pain or at least significantly decreasing it?
There are many causes of low back pain, from trauma to poor posture to movement compensations ... the list goes on. If you are having significant pain or numbness that radiates constantly down the leg, we suggest you consult your physician to get a further examination.
For generalized low back pain, seeing a good physical therapist and going through a course of regular treatments in conjunction with customized movement workouts can be extremely effective.
